Thanks for talking me out of wasting more of my money on JUUL nonsense. I always end up talking with the same person anytime I come in and I don’t have any idea what I’m doing with vape-related things but dude makes me feel like slightly less of an idiot which is nice. V capable, even with only one working foot. Face is 10/10.

He was very helpful and professional while I was picking out my first vape. Always kind and courteous and willing to provide as much help as he possibly can. His juice mixes are spectacular as well, you can taste the difference between Jordan’s juices and other team members’ juices.

I took advantage of the Labor Day sale and got one of the 200ml bottles. A few minutes ago I went to fill my vape up.( this was the third or fourth time using this bottle) when I took the cap off and began to fill I gave a slight squeeze and the cap flew off covering my backpack carpet and hands in about 100ml of juice. While I have always had amazing service from vapor lab I feel that this situation soured my taste. The juices are amazing but I lost half of what I bought because of a poorly designed bottle. After replacing the lid I gave it another small squeeze and the lid popped off again.
How We Can Make Things Right
I don’t like to ask for free stuff but if it’s possible for me to get a small replacement of what I lost that would be nice.

I’ve been vaping for a couple years and have tried several of the vape shops in Louisville, nothing beats vape lab. In particular, the lady that wears the hat on who works mornings does a great job and is over helpful! Not sure her name but she makes my juices custom and they taste perfect! Iced menthol is what we call it, smooth iced menthol flavor and no harsh hits! This is the only place I will go from now on.

Was at the J-town store Saturday. Was the first time at one of the labs in Louisville and met Joshua D Polson awesome guy and walked me through my first build. Will definitely be back up probably this coming weekend just to hangout at the store and maybe pick up another Rta. Have to try out the Xbox lol. It was well worth the 1 hour drive up there.

Nothing against the store or the employees. The 120ml bottles constantly leak. I’ve probably lost a full bottle over the course of a few months from the cap leaking so much. It’s like the air pressure forces fluid out of the bottle after I fill my tank. Maybe look into some new caps if possible.

I came in for the first time had no idea what I was doing and a kid named Ian served me and wasn’t very helpful at all. I never got to taste any of the products and a gentleman I think his name was Ryan was nice enough to help me. If it wasn’t for Ryan I most likely wouldn’t come back but because of Ryan I spent almost a hundred dollars on products and look forward to coming back.
