My mother came in the store for her first time just keep in mind she is legally blind and low hearing and she has never been to any of y’all’s stores so she was referred to yall by a friend and she went and checked the store out and she purchased 2 vaps and gummy’s the sales guy sold her gummy’s that were outdated and then the gummy’s were for experienced users only and told her to chew a half of a gummy wrong it was suppose to be cut in 1/8 pieces and she took the half gummy and ended up in the hospital over this friend came and brought the merch back and talked to the ceo and was told there was gonna be a refund for all of this and we have never seen the refund yet

I was in the store on 8/5/2025 & my purchase time was 10:19 am. The salesman Gary talked so low i couldn’t really understand him. I bought a pack of gummies which where outdated & 2 vapes. On our way home I opened gummies & bite half of it not knowing the man said cut the gummies. I ended up at the er with as they said was overdose of Marijuana. Anyways my neighbor Glenda Laswell is a customer at the etown store got highly upset with the man selling me the gummies since I’m a first time user. Glenda took the gummies & 2 vapes in store bag back to store & she & Gary had words because he wouldn’t give me refund. I have called & talked to Gary myself but he didnt see my sale that day fir Aug & he couldn’t give me refund without the product. I told him he had my purchases. Anyways I spent $117.63 & still no refund for my items he has. Can someone please help?
How We Can Make Things Right
A refund would be nice. I have copy of original receipt.
