Kaylie is AMAZING! I literally love her and she always does so good on my juice. On the other hand the girl named Shelby needs a belt. I have been in there multiple times and seen her whole butt when she stood up. It’s honestly unprofessional and disgusting.

So disappointed in vapor lab. Went last Friday and spent $50+ on our normal juices and coils. The switch from nicotine to nixodine was NEVER mentioned. When I was able to use the juice yesterday after I used up my other I was immediately nauseous. My juice, that has been the same for 8 years, now tastes like bug spray and makes me physically ill. My husband also can not vape his due to the same. So so disappointed and mad I wasted that money. We drive an hour to get to vapor lab when we need something. We will have to find a new place
How We Can Make Things Right
I’d really like my juice back with regular nicotine but if that won’t happen then at least a refund.

I bought A vape
from you all that you recommended. It is leaking all over the place y’all tell me cause I lay it on its side. Or it’s in the car which makes no difference to me. One way or the other if you would have said something about this before I had bought it. I would never have bought it. I said now you won’t wanna give me any kind of refund or anything.
