This store is outrageous on their prices! Every vape store in hardin county is beating their prices by at least six dollars or more. I will not be shopping here ever again! And I tell everyone I know that vapes not to go there. I’m honestly surprised that this place is still in business. A complete rip off!
How We Can Make Things Right
Offer the same deals as other vape stores and be competitive with others stores! But you’re not concerned with that. Only about lining your pockets! Which if you keep going the way you are you won’t be in business in Hardin county for much longer.

First time at vapor lab… Purchased 60ml “something fruity” salt nic. Tastes like cheap gas station juice. Gives me prickly caterpillar tongue immediately upon first hit. This juice is so disgusting I think it might make me quit vaping. Seriously, it’s that bad.

The person who helped me was Twain(not sure if I spelled it correctly)
I came in and said hello to Fred and Twain isn’t familiar to me. I asked some questions to Fred and he told me he was on break. So I apologized to Twain and told him what mods and juice I needed. When I asked for recommendations for flavors I was told that he couldn’t help me any further. I told him I apologized and said sorry again. But was put off and he said I could call the owners but wouldn’t not change his stance on helping me. I joked and said I apologized and I can’t get alittle redemption since this is the first time we have talked? He said no and I needed to come up with my own recommendations. And told me I can file my complaints with the owner

It’s fine honestly. I get great service everytime. This was just my first bad experience and thought I’d do what he recommended
