Employees cursing (using F word) in front of customers with Mrs. Edwards standing there. Asked employee to please next time refrain from speaking like that in front of myself or other customers and Mrs. Edwards just gave an excuse 3 employees quitting, 1 computer just quit and it’s almost Black Friday so sorry about that and dismissed it. This is not the first bad experience I’ve had with this store but I’m to the point it will be my last, with any of the stores. Bad customer service is one of the main reason’s companies lose business and sales drop. Hopefully things change.
How We Can Make Things Right
Evaluate management. How managers respond to situations, especially under stress. Re-train employees, especially higher up employees who don’t seem to care about customer service.

Was told before selecting a house juice that it would be free since I used all of my points. It turned out to be $30. Way more than I would ever spend anywhere for a little 60ml bottle and the juice is making me sick can’t even use it. Never had this problem before with any vape liquid. This is the last time I’m visiting vaporlab really. The employees were friendly though. But there’s no way that should have cost that much. It used all my points and still ended up costing more than usual when I’ve never used my points before.
How We Can Make Things Right
I wish I could return the juice and get a refund and my points back.
