Morgan is absolutely phenomenal. Morgan is kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I’ve been purchasing there for a few years now and can honestly say that she is one of the reasons I continue to shop there because you are not the most competitive with pricing. Excellent customer service and professionalism are not common attributes in employees anymore and you have a fantastic employee there. I am always greeted by a smiling face when I walk through the door. She demonstrates incredible relationship building skills with her customers; it is quite impressive that recognizes me every time, knows my order, and delivers a consistent positive experience. I hope she is being well compensated for her efforts and excellence. I appreciate her knowledge and willingness to answer questions I may have and guidance with new products and purchases. She is great!

This store is the best! Moe and Lily are always so sweet, and they always get me set up how I need! They’re both amazing in the lab, and it never fails that they think up a juice for me to try. Recently, they’ve got me hooked on the “Rainbow Drops”, and the signs they make to advertise the flavor of the month are always so cute! I think Lily makes them, and both her and Moe are the best employees you guys have. This store is my Go-To no matter what. After bad experiences at the other Vapor Lab stores, I gave Jtown a try and I’ll never go to any other stores.
The other employees (the other three guys) are awesome too, but I usually only deal with Moe and Lily. I’m happy to see how they’ve grown too -hearing that Moe is now the store manager and Lily is the team lead. They deserve it! It’s also awesome that you guys are open later than the other stores, even if I only go to this location. I will always go out of my way to go to the Jtown location.

I’ve been a customer at this location for years and have spent thousands of dollars here easily. This evening my experience has left me never wanting to go back. On 1/21/2023 I purchased a new Drag 4 mod rated up to 177W max and a Smok TFV18 with coils that range up to 140 watts. I was sold this setup under the pretense that it would run large clouds and have good flavor. While using this setup with the original coil that it came with it ran beautifully and with no issues. Upon putting a new coil in I noticed that running the mod at only 80W it would start to burn to the touch after only a few hits, along with this the smart feature on the mod would cap out the max watts for the coil at 40. I came to the store and showed this to multiple employees who all agreed this was not normal. I was told that I would be able to exchange the setup for another, I just had to run home and get the original boxes. When I returned to the store I was offered the option of an exchange or my money back. I asked for my money back, the woman I was working with went to the back of the store for a minute before coming back to tell me that was no longer an option. My new options were to exchange the setup or to get store credit. After asking for store credit she dissappears to the back again, this time when she returns she apologizes to me and says that she was told there was actually nothing she could do for me. No money back, no store credit, no exchange. So now not only have I been sold a product that does not preform as advertised by the store, but also I was mislead to believing I would be taken care of. I made two trips to the store for nothing and am stuck with faulty products that are a safety hazard. I have never been this displeased with a retail experience before and unless VaporLab does something to make this right I will never come back or reccomend your store again. This is not the right way to treat people
How We Can Make Things Right
I would like what I was originally told to be upheld. I would like my money back or at the very least store credit to exchange my faulty setup
