Hi, as i was leaving the store I overheard one of your employees talking about doing inappropriate stuff with children, i later asked a friend of mine who it might be and he said it’s Travis and that he’s known for doing this stuff. I will not be coming back to the store if you let people like this handle customers, he also had very bad personal hygiene.

Great customer service. Very knowledgeable team. I got to tell you that one day my 18 year old daughter went in with me to purchase my husband a boxmod. I told the gentlemen blue, but my daughter jumps in and says “no” and goes over to the display and picked a different color. Needless to say I did not get the boxmod that day. I’m not complaining tho, the gentleman was very kind, professional and apologetic. Its good to know there are people out there that try to stick to the rules. The way he handled it was very professional.

Super knowledgeable! Extremely friendly. Full of advice. Very helpful and kind. I was going to Up n Smoke because they have deals on juice that NO ONE can compare to. In fact, their 30ml bottles are 2 for $7 and that beats the comp BY A LANDSLIDE! But because I enjoy Josh’s company so much, I FAITHFULLY come here and LOYALLY buy my coils, mods, drip tips, and accessories. I even my juice from here occasionally just to show my support and continued patronage even though I know there is quality juice for less, just 2 miles away. That goes to show just how much of an influence Josh has on the customers and how amazing he is!!! If it were not for him, i would definitely take my business elsewhere and not think anything of it. I wish i had the name of the another rude employee that was unnecessarily mean, offensive, and abrasive. When i see him there (rather quiet, seemingly timid, MEDIUM height, average looking, sandy blonde haired white fella with an underdeveloped personality) and Josh is at the Jeffersontown store, i WALK OUT!!! He handles customers poorly and i cant believe he is actually even an employee there still. YUCK!!!

I had a legitimate issue with a brand new battery that I bought from Vapor lab. My wife and I have been doing business with vapor lab for over four years. Previously bought three batteries of a different brand they continued to break down easily but we never complained. Bought this new battery and it worked great the first day but after that it was getting really hot when you would hit it. It was nowhere near as smooth and I tried numerous different wicks from different packages. Talked with a sales associate and he basically tried to give me a tutorial of how to Vape. I’ve been vaping for 10 years I told him I don’t need to be told how to Vape I think there’s something wrong with this battery.
He referred me to the manager which my wife and I both know. He briefly let me explain what my issue was and then took the battery to the back. I could hear him in the back hitting the battery or vaping it over and over again and then I can hear him coughing numerous times after vaping it. I was highly concerned about this especially with this being COVID-19. He brought it back to me and said man I don’t know what you’re trying to say there’s nothing wrong with this battery I was hitting it at 50 with no problems. I was a little blown away that he would be sucking and coughing around my battery with COVID-19 I had no idea he was going to do that. I tried to explain to him what my experience was with it I’ve been vaping for a long time and sometimes batteries can get shorts in them which caused them to act funny and I only Vape at 15 not 50. I asked him about the coughing how I heard him back there coughing after every hit He told me it’s because I’m not used to the nicotine and there was only 3 mg in it so that made no sense to me. Basically we were at a standstill Or a impasse and he was not interested at all at trying to understand what was going on with me and the battery. I told him I’ve never complainred I’ve never tried to return anything in four years and he did not care less. We spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars in there every month. Well I was a little setback and I felt like our business was not valuable to him at all. So I told him I guess I can take my business elsewhere and he said “ OK then see you later” I said OK and started walking to the door I was not being confrontational at that point at all and was just walking out. He smartly yelled from the back you have a nice day now OK.. I was like wow that’s how you treat somebody that’s done business with you for four years. I own my own business I am not a scammer or try to get things for free you could take one look at our account and tell we spend a lot of money in there.
Long story short I just go across the street to the other vapor shop where I know both of those gentleman very well. Buy the exact same battery and was no longer having the issues with it. So we compare the two batteries back to back the one I bought from you was hitting very harshly with the same bowl on top the new one was working great. And has been working great every sense for a week now. I wanted so badly to walk back into that store and throw that right in his face but I thought to myself it is not worth it. For one he’s going to start sucking coughing and blowing all over my battery and probably kill me with COVID-19. I’m being a little Sarcastic but you get my jest. You have completely lost my business over this though and it’s sad. You need to know how he treats people when they have issues. I understand about a return policy but when you have a customer that’s been there for four years and has never caused any problems and has always been faithful to your business there comes a time where you have to exhaust every option to try and understand what it is they are going through. I’ve literally bought at least 15 to 20 batteries from you guys over the years. When I say batteries I mean mods or e-cigs. I may not know the exact lingo.
I’ve been in the store in the past and seen him give other people nasty attitudes. I just wanted to make you all aware of my experience being a business owner myself I would want to know if my employees treated one of my customers that way.

I live right up the street so this location is very convenient for me to go to. On any other day I would have had a pleasant visit but your employee grabbed the wrong ejuice and not paying much attention because of our pleasant conversation I didn’t notice. So I went to my car twisted the top and filled a brand new pod and it wasn’t until I started to hit the pod that I noticed it was wrong so I checked the bottle of juice and I was right I had received the wrong bottle. So I returned to the store where most of the time I feel like one of the guys who work there and all’s friendly and well. I approached the same employee who grabbed the wrong ejuice and started the conversation on what happened. I chose to be honest just in case it slipped past him and told him I did unfortunately open it because I didn’t notice it was wrong at that time. Then from what I am assuming is a manager lady spoke up and refused a return. Well why should I be punished for your employees screw up? And what makes it even worse is I spent $20 on a bottle of juice that I don’t even like and your manager wants to sell me another one? So I have to pay twice to get the correct bottle of juice? I understand policies but sometimes you just need to admit your wrong and fix your mistake. I won’t return to this store or any other store baring it name and that sucks being that it’s the closest store to me and all my visits in the past were pleasant. Hopefully you seek new management or learn to take better care of your customers.

Take better care of your customers. A policy should be a guideline not a brick wall.

What happened to Austin? He always used to make the most fire coils and I haven’t seen him in months. Me and some of my friends keep trying to catch him in there so we can get some of his coils but he isn’t in there ever and they don’t have his coils stocked up either. Me and a couple of others have been needing some customs that aren’t trash. Let us know which shop he’s at so I know where to go to buy coils at now.

i made a complaint here online friday August 21,2020 regarding a lady named Kristen Ash Jones sitting in the shop on Central Station.I wanted to follow up on my original complaint .Kristen works for Odyssey Security working the parking lot at the shopping center>She actually does not do her job she sits in the vape shop for hours on end passing time instead of doing her job.I stated before she makes me feel uncomfortable and Friday she was making fun of customers getting ready to enter the door>she was calling them names as stupid and said to fred you shouldn’t let them in. As the two guys were walking in she was laughing loudly as the made way in,.Fred laughed along with her and that made me uncomfortable..This was so unprofessional and made me extremely uncomfortable.Kristen is often been laughing when i walk in the store so i know she was making comments about me.I believe she does this every single day while she sets in the vape shop passing times instead of working her security job.I went into the shop on Monday August 24,2020 to get juice and i was going to get a couple energy drinks but Kristen was setting back behind the bar where the coolers are.I didn’t want to walk back there so i skipped the drinks.I did not know people was allow to set back behind there .I was told only employes where allowed back there.I was surprised Fred allowed her to do that.I stopped in the shop this afternoon and there she was again sitting in the shop..I live only a block away from that shop and i am up at the shopping center usually 2 or 3 times a day and every time i ride by she is in the store.I have tried to reach out to a person and have called the Fern Valley store on two occasions.I really hope someone checks these Emails and can address the situation and i would like to speak to someone about my experiences at that store.I have included my email address and my phone number so if possible give me a call.. i am a regular customer at this store and i really like Donnie he has become a great friend of mine.However lately i have been uncomfortable coming into the store at this location because of a lady named Kristen Ash Jones who is sitting in the store all the time for hours.i believe she does security for the shopping center as her husband did it with her but he passed away a few months ago.every time i go into the store she is setting in there she is not working.i heard her whisper something about me to the guy Fred that works there and then she laughed.Donnie actually said its rude to whisper but neither of them said anything.It makes me extremely uncomfortable that she is constantly in the store.She is actually inside the store every day for hours.I know people like to sit around and chit chat for a little while but this is for hours every single day.I have started calling my order in and just running in real quick and picking it up to avoid the uncomfortable situation.I just called an order in about an hour ago and went in to pick it up from Fred and again she was in there like always and two guys came walking up to the store and she started making fun of them talking about how they looked and said something about them being stupid.As they were walking in she was laughing at them.I find this very disturbing for many reasons.I am sure she says the very same about me as i am walking in and i bet she makes other people just as uncomfortable as it makes me.IN my opinion she shouldnt be in the store for hours and make fun and talking about customers.Fred should have said something to her and stop that behavior but he didnt.So i believe this goes on the whole time she is there every day.its unprofessional and that type of environment should not be taking place at a business.I really hope something can be done about this situation as if not i am gonna have to find a new vape supplier.

I would hope you can do something to keep Kristan from sitting in the store for hours making fun of customers.it is right now is a toxic environment to me and makes me very uncomfortable.

I have had nothing but top notch service from the folks at central!!!! I am handicapped and its not always easy to get to the store. They make calling in my order to have ready to pick up by my husband so easy. All your associates are very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. They do not sell me things i don’t need, they ask questions and cater to my vape needs. A+++ for this location!
