I’ve been vaping for a couple years and have tried several of the vape shops in Louisville, nothing beats vape lab. In particular, the lady that wears the hat on who works mornings does a great job and is over helpful! Not sure her name but she makes my juices custom and they taste perfect! Iced menthol is what we call it, smooth iced menthol flavor and no harsh hits! This is the only place I will go from now on.

Was at the J-town store Saturday. Was the first time at one of the labs in Louisville and met Joshua D Polson awesome guy and walked me through my first build. Will definitely be back up probably this coming weekend just to hangout at the store and maybe pick up another Rta. Have to try out the Xbox lol. It was well worth the 1 hour drive up there.

Every time that my Husband and I come in here everyone is so warm and welcoming. The staff is so knowledgeable especially Martin. He answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable with what I was buying. I could not be happier with my product. Every time I go into Vapor Lab I know that I will receive the best care from the best staff. Keep up the good work all the employees are great and everyone goes above and beyond to help us out.

Nothing against the store or the employees. The 120ml bottles constantly leak. I’ve probably lost a full bottle over the course of a few months from the cap leaking so much. It’s like the air pressure forces fluid out of the bottle after I fill my tank. Maybe look into some new caps if possible.

Hello, 30 yr smoker here. Well ex smoker now that is. You have an awesome store and reallly couldn’t have picked a better manager to run this place! He’s very helpful and is making your business strive. He is never standing still when I’ve been in there. Not really related to him but it would be so awesome if you guys could get a salt nic house blend going. I can guarantee you would have one loyal customer at least!

I came in for the first time had no idea what I was doing and a kid named Ian served me and wasn’t very helpful at all. I never got to taste any of the products and a gentleman I think his name was Ryan was nice enough to help me. If it wasn’t for Ryan I most likely wouldn’t come back but because of Ryan I spent almost a hundred dollars on products and look forward to coming back.

Great employees that are personable and approachable.
The stock is good, they usually have what I’m looking for in stock. The DIY supplies are my main draw as I’ve been concocting my own fluid for 18 months. Overall love the later than 8pm on a weekday hours as well. Keep up the good work.
