On 6-30-21 @ 10:00am I was inside the Vapor Lab store in Elizabethtown, ky. store to purchase both juice, and coils as well. I have been a longtime customer at this store for a number of years. I receive 10% off my purchases because of military. I had also received a text from Vapor Lab giving me $5.00 off my next purchase,
So i purchased a $44.99 bottle of juice, and a 4 pack of mess coils for $16.19, which came to a total of $61.18 BEFORE tax. So with my military discount, and the additional $5.00 off that was sent to me, I should have received a TOTAL of $11.11 OFF MY PURCHASE. Despite this VERY FACT, I received a TOTAL of $6.80 off my purchase. Unfortunately, I DID NOT realize this until I got home, and looked at the receipt.
So WHY was I NOT GIVEN the $11.11 off my purchases? Why was I ONLY GIVEN $6.80 off my purchase? As far as I am concerned, I feel as though someone went into my pocket, and stole the remaining $4.31 that is owed to me!!!!! It may only be $4.31 that is still owed to me, but this IS ABOUT PRINCIPAL HERE!!!! So i take it that the store employee either pocketed the $4.31 that is owed to me, or he made some type of EXECUTIVE DECISION to not given to me what I am RIGHTFULLY entitled to receive??!!
I have now made an EXECUTIVE DECISION to take my business elsewhere, and will no longer spend my hard earned money at Vapor Lab.

Maybe I should try another location….could hear the frustration and the eye’s show ALOT

I forgot my personal vape in Ohio, so I happened to find Vapor Lab on Google maps! Best choice!!! So helpful, great prices, and they saved me from buying disposables! I bought a new device for a great price and the vape juice, in house made, taste AMAZING!!!!!
The staff was absolutely wonderful and super friendly and helpful!!!!
