I feel totally disrespect for something I said. It made me feel that I was just some stupid women. They made fun of me. I put what I need to say in the “other”. I also think they took what I said as being sexual when they laughed. Just bad business

I just want to buy a different vape. The one I have is giving me headaches, my throat hurts because I have to pull to hard and hardly any smoke comes out. I’ll let y’all decide what you should do. I appreciate your understanding

I have bought 3 valporesso devices totaling 120$ plus. 2 malfunctioned and one broke completely. The first two I couldn’t return because, even though I purchased them in the previous 3 weeks and paid with my debit card, I didn’t have the physical receipt. I was out 70$. The next device I bought malfunctioned and wouldn’t work at all one day, for an entire day, but basically when I go to return it, they put a pod in it and say it works fine. Obviously it did work at that point, but I’m not new to the device and it wasn’t working the day before so it has a malfunction, but again no return, even with the receipt, box, charger, instruction manual, and receipt and it being less than 30 days old, again! I cannot use a device I cannot depend on! This is my first experience with vaping and it’s been very frustrating and I can see why people often don’t want to make the switch. I have also bought several E juice from vapor lab and all of them have the same dull flavor. I have probably wasted 60$ or more trying to like the ejuice sold at your store that you make there. I had to go to a different store to get a pre mixed juice that was decent. Each time I ask what flavors you all have and each time I am offered only juice you make there, each time I try it, and each time it has the same terrible dull taste. Some of your staff is less than helpful. They speak like everyone knows the lingo and if you’ve never vaped you have no idea what they’re talking about when you ask them questions. They don’t know why your device doesn’t work and can’t do anything to help you. I cringe having to come in there because I know it’s going to be less than pleasant because they aren’t helpful. I have wasted so much money in your store on your products. I have probably spent 180$ in total that’s been wasted and your staff hasn’t tried to replace or refund anything. It’s like nobody cares. I thought you might like to know my experience with your store, staff, and products has been frustrating and expensive!
How We Can Make Things Right
I would like a refund for some of this and an exchange for a dependable device and some juice that is not made at your store. 180$ worth would make it hurt less. I also would like to know if there is a sonically product that is more dependable and better quality but similar to the vaporesso xros2. I have bought two of the xros2 and one mini and have wasted a ton of pods with the bad juice and devices and they’re not cheap either.
