So first let me say I’ve been coming to this location for awhile now & it’s always been great. But today I went in to possibly buy a new Vape but to buy some coils for sure. For starters the bigger a girl with the piercings when I was trying to talk to her she started talking to other people that was in there hanging out so I thought that was kind of rude. Then she argued with me for 10 minutes about my coil size that I knew just to find out that I was right about my coil size and she was not after she took my Vape apart . So I just buy the coil and leave but when I get into the car to take a drag of my Vape it’s not working it’s not coming on at all so I go back to tell them hey it’s not turning back on and she acts like online and suggested that well I didn’t see you use it while you was in here like I would lie after just paying for coils for it. I won’t ever be back. Ever

Came in tonight to get devices and liquid. Used to come a long time ago, and decided to try again. Have been using Vuse and unfortunately will continue to do so. Didn’t have flavors I ended up getting to try in the store and turns out I don’t like the ones I picked at all. Like they are really bad and not tolerable. Tried on the way home and made me feel really weird. Bad headache and odd sensations in head and face. Very unpleasant. Likely too strong, but I am hesitant to continue spending money and being unhappy with vaping experience.
Also, by way of the devices, I don’t like them at all. Ended up with the Xros small box. Don’t like how it operates or feels in the hand. Continue to get liquid in mouth. Bought two and am now stuck with devices I won’t use. I understand the return policy but one is completely unopened. Should have tried one I had reviewed online that may have been better – like the aegis that was cheaper and looks better now that I think about it. Or maybe just one device and not two. But I listened to sales person and their thoughts. My fault. Or maybe asked to hold them before I paid for it at least see if I liked that part. It’s way too small and awkward to hold.
Was hoping to have an experience like I did years ago, which was good, but that was just not the case tonight. Don’t plan to continue to spend money and continue to be unhappy. Spent about $100 tonight and am truly unsatisfied. Not sure if it was this location or not, but bad experience in all and not impressed.
How We Can Make Things Right
Not sure. I understand the No returns. Sampling the juice I wanted would have been helpful. But not all were available. At this point I don’t plan on trying again. Too much spent for products/juice I’m simply not liking at all, and is making me feel bad physically.
